ABOUT US

As a help to preK - grade 2 educators and parents during this difficult time of transition, I have posted a variety of integrated math-and-art activities that have been field tested and implemented in preschools and elementary schools.

Each activity features a specific work of art that the child/student is asked to observe, describe and discuss, re-create, and then use as the focus of a mathematics exploration.

 

Questions are provided to encourage art appreciation, and each activity includes worksheets, coloring pages, and links for further information about the artist and artwork.
